This Privacy Policy describes how Local Radio Networks ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Local Radio Networks App (the "App") on iOS or Android.

Information We Collect

• Account credentials — email address, name, and password (stored as a hashed value on our own servers)
• Session data — authentication cookies and session tokens used to keep you logged in
• Push notification tokens — a device-generated token we store so we can send you push notifications about coverage requests, schedule changes, and assignments

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not collect location data
• We do not collect biometric data — Face ID and Touch ID are handled entirely by your device's operating system. We only receive a yes/no success signal; no biometric information is ever transmitted to us or stored by us
• We do not sell or rent your data to third parties

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and keep you signed in across sessions
• To display the shows, vacations, and coverage items assigned to your account
• To send push notifications about work-related events (coverage requests, schedule changes)
• To respond to support requests you send us

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on servers operated by Local Radio Networks. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes using bcrypt or equivalent. Transport of data between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS).

Third Parties

The App sends push notification tokens to Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) so notifications can be delivered to your device. No other third-party services receive your data.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion by contacting us at the email address below. Account deletion requests are handled within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional use by radio industry staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
